Introduction:
|
Greetings, I am Patrick Coin, the Program Director/Instructor
in Durham Tech's Environment, Health, and Safety Technology (EHST) Program. I
am trained as an environmental engineer and toxicologist, and I have a strong
interest in occupational health. I love teaching, both on-line and in the class
room. I have been the coordinator/program director of the Environment, Health,
and Safety Technology program since fall, 1996. More details about the program
can be found linked from the instructional web site.
I have been teaching on-line courses at Durham Tech since fall, 1997, one of the first three instructors to do so. I currently serve as lead instructor in all of the eleven EHST program classes. I also teach FIP 230 (Chemistry of Hazardous Materials), which serves FIP, EPT, and EHST programs. |
