Hybrid courses - which combine online with face-to-face learning-are becoming a popular option for students and instructors at Durham Tech and at many other community colleges. Do hybrid courses offer the "best of both" learning environments? What challenges and opportunities do they present? What issues do instructors of hybrid courses face and what solutions have they discovered? Instructors who teach hybrid courses-and those who have an interest in learning more about hybrid courses-are invited to come and share their questions, advice, experiences, and ideas.
